One of the best things you can do is start the conversation. It might be uncomfortable at first, but talking openly about mental health can be incredibly freeing. Encourage athletes to set realistic goals, not just in terms of their sports performance but also with their mental health. It's about finding balance and recognizing that perfection is an impossible standard.

Setting these realistic goals together, whether it's managing time better, reducing stress through mindfulness, or simply finding joy in the sport again, can make a huge difference. It's a team effort, and by working together, we can pave the way for a healthier, more supportive athletic environment.
