Why Mental Health Is Becoming a Top Priority in the Sporting World

Different Kind of Strength

The game is changing, and so is our understanding of what it means to be truly fit. Mental wellness and mental well-being are stepping into the spotlight because we've seen too many athletes pushed to their breaking points. We're recognizing that to perform your best, you've got to feel your best - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It's a sign of strength to ask for help, and the sporting world is finally catching on to that fact.
